New Ithaca will never sell or provide information to third parties that have no direct connection to the sale of its products without the direct consent of its customers or producing partners, unless a court order is issued and New Ithaca is required to do so. 

New Ithaca will only collect information that is necessary to complete the purchase or to publish the finished product of our producing partners. New Ithaca will not record or save information for any purpose other than to make transactions easier if the buyer chooses to save their information for future transactions.
