 All beats sold as a final mixed product. All stems ownership fully retained by New Ithaca LLC. or producer who could someday be in partnership with the company. Leave the New Ithaca tag on the beat to fully own your profits and avoid legal fees. As clarified in the Terms and Conditions. Should the tag be altered, or any other breach of the conditions of sale occur.  

This in turn protects the stems of any producers who choose to put their products on New Ithaca's platform for the purpose of sale at some point in the future. As well as gives them the same right to not have their tag altered. Specific details can be found on the terms and conditions of the sale. 

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS it is important to read the terms and conditions thoroughly. As it provides specific conditions for artists purchasing products from New Ithaca that the artist must adhere to. We do not lease beats at New Ithaca, we sell exclusively. Which means that any producers selling on our platform are selling the final product of a mastered beat, with the intention of only making the transaction once. As stated above, New Ithaca and its partners will retain full ownership of the stems, which means we may sample them for future beats which can be in turn sold on New Ithaca. However, we are legally obligated not to resell the exact same product after it has been sold on New Ithaca. Thus our stems will be altered versions of the original in some way shape or form.
